Willamette HVAC, LLC has been family owned and operated since 1986. Since that time, we have provided heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services in the Portland Metro and SW Washington area. Our heat went out before Thanksgiving and we called Willamette HVAC to come and see if they could fix the problem. J Chapman came out and quickly determined what the problem was. J explained how the furnace worked and what was going wrong. He called and found a replacement part in Tigard, drove over and picked up the part, returned, replaced the part, and had the heat back on within a couple of hours, all on the day before Thanksgiving! J was very polite and professional and we are very appreciative for the work that he did for us. We definitely will call Willamette HVAC for future work and will recommend them to others.
