Our heat went out before Thanksgiving and we called Willamette HVAC to come and see if they could fix the problem. J Chapman came out and quickly determined what the problem was. J explained how the furnace worked and what was going wrong. He called and found a replacement part in Tigard, drove over and picked up the part, returned, replaced the part, and had the heat back on within a couple of hours, all on the day before Thanksgiving! J was very polite and professional and we are very appreciative for the work that he did for us. We definitely will call Willamette HVAC for future work and will recommend them to others.

I want to tell you how grateful I am, that an appointment was set up so quickly. I needed my older gas furnace serviced and cleaned. Jeremy was the technician sent out, and I will gladly tell you, and everyone I know, that he is exceptional. We were very pleased with the professional manner, and punctuality of the appointment. Jeremy explained everything he was doing….checking each part, scoping thoroughly and testing. I observed the entire process and so appreciate the sincere, careful expertise he has. I highly recommend Jeremy and your company. The furnace was very dusty. Jeremy vacuumed, cleaned each part, and made sure there were no debris particles on the floor.
