Tenant Improvement project for the Beaverton and Portland locations.

United Rentals
Replaced thirty-three tons of heating and cooling equipment (six package units) with all equipment replaced and up and running the same day.

Pacific Natural Foods
HVAC installation for remodel for new lunch room, locker rooms, welding shop, and HR offices.

Garlic Jims
Installed kitchen hood, exhaust fans, and duct work for the lobby and prep areas for the Walker Road, West Union, Sunnyside, and South Salem locations.

Omni Test Labs
Tenant improvements for the new office area and test lab piping and exhaust systems.

Valley Theater
Replaced thirty-two tons (four package units) of heating and cooling equipment.

SW Charter School
Retrofit 8 zoning systems for a 20 ton package unit.

Portland Art Museum
Installed two 26 ton packaged roof top units with humidity control and duct work.

3 Story Office Building
Replaced two 26 ton Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems with fuel DDC integrated control system

Historic Apartment Building is NW Portland
Installed 12 ton VRF for building with each apartment also receiving 1-2 highwall mount indoor units, while concealing refrigerant linesets inside the walls; preserving the historic integrity and atmosphere of the building.

Executive Center/2 Story Office Building
Repalced boiler and water tower for entire building, utilizing high efficienty equipment to significantly refuce building utility costs. Work was completed without disruption to comfort or faily business operations.

Salvation Army
Replacemnt of 800k BTU Boiler. All operations were back up and running within 7 days of original no heat service call.

Our heat went out before Thanksgiving and we called Willamette HVAC to come and see if they could fix the problem. J Chapman came out and quickly determined what the problem was. J explained how the furnace worked and what was going wrong. He called and found a replacement part in Tigard, drove over and picked up the part, returned, replaced the part, and had the heat back on within a couple of hours, all on the day before Thanksgiving! J was very polite and professional and we are very appreciative for the work that he did for us. We definitely will call Willamette HVAC for future work and will recommend them to others.
