Our heat went out before Thanksgiving and we called Willamette HVAC to come and see if they could fix the problem. J Chapman came out and quickly determined what the problem was. J explained how the furnace worked and what was going wrong. He called and found a replacement part in Tigard, drove over and picked up the part, returned, replaced the part, and had the heat back on within a couple of hours, all on the day before Thanksgiving!
